     The Philippine Embassy in Amman, Jordan is literally “your home away from home.” In fact, the moment you enter the Embassy’s premises, you have legally stepped into Philippine territory where you will meet fellow Filipinos who will converse with you in Tagalog or some other Filipino dialect. Here, you can obtain the documents you need for your stay in Jordan such as your passports, as well as the documents you or your family members need in the Philippines or elsewhere (such as Special Powers of Attorney or SPAs, etc.). You can also bring up your other concerns with our staff and officers who will be more than willing to assist you the best way they can. And, yes, you can even get married here, if you want.

     But since it is not always easy to physically visit the Embassy in Amman (especially if you are living in some other part of Jordan), this website will serve as your virtual means of transportation to your Embassy. Without having to leave your place, you can open this website and get to know the procedures and requirements for obtaining the various documents that you need, as well as hear the latest news, announcements and advisories from the Embassy. Should you want to know more, you can also find here a description of our relations with Jordan and updates on what your Embassy is doing to deepen those relations for the benefit of our country. And if you have Jordanian friends and acquaintances who wish to know more about the Philippines, either because they would like to visit it as tourists someday, or because they would like to do business there, or because they would like to link up with Filipino businessmen, encourage them to visit our website as well. They will find here most of the information they will need for their various purposes.
